Polycom Group 500 & Group 700
The Polycom RealPresence Group Series is still the most common video-conferencing system in government meeting rooms. We supply, repair and maintain it, and keep the spares that are hard to find.
Group 500 and Group 700 codecs, usually paired with EagleEye IV or EagleEye III cameras, are installed in ministries, district offices, courts, PSUs and training centres across India. Poly no longer sells or supports the Group Series, so when a codec, camera or microphone fails, finding a tested replacement quickly is what keeps the room working.
Umang Telecom supplies tested refurbished Group 300, Group 310, Group 500 and Group 700 codecs, EagleEye cameras, Group Series microphone arrays and remotes from our office in Okhla, New Delhi. We also repair faulty units, maintain complete VC rooms under AMC, and supply Poly Studio X and G7500 systems when a room is due for an upgrade.
Umang Telecom, C-72, 2nd Floor, DDA Shed, Okhla Industrial Area Phase-I, New Delhi-110020. Serving Delhi, New Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram (Gurgaon), Faridabad and Ghaziabad, with delivery anywhere in India.

What is the difference between Polycom Group 500 and Group 700?
The Group 500 suits mid-size rooms with one or two displays. The Group 700 is the high-end model for large rooms, with more video inputs and outputs and support for multiple cameras.

Which camera works with the Polycom Group 500?
The Group Series is normally used with EagleEye IV (MPTZ-10) or EagleEye III cameras. We supply both.
What replaces the Polycom Group 500?
For most rooms, a Poly Studio X52 video bar; for large or custom rooms, a Poly G7500. Both support Microsoft Teams and Zoom as well as SIP / H.323 calls.
