VC system AMC & CAMC for government offices
Annual maintenance for video-conferencing rooms in ministries, departments, district offices, courts and PSUs, including Polycom systems that Poly no longer supports.
Government VC rooms are used for official meetings, hearings and reviews, so a failed codec or camera cannot wait weeks for a vendor. Under our AMC we keep your Polycom Group Series, HDX and Poly Studio X rooms working, with preventive checks, remote and on-site support across Delhi NCR, repair, and spares from our own stock.
We quote for comprehensive AMC (CAMC, parts and replacement included) and non-comprehensive AMC (support and labour, with parts charged as used), against your room list or the schedule in your tender document.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is CAMC for a video-conferencing system?
CAMC is a comprehensive annual maintenance contract: the maintenance provider covers support, labour and replacement parts for the VC equipment for a fixed annual fee.
Can you provide AMC for Polycom systems that are end of life?
Yes. Most of the systems we maintain are Polycom Group Series and HDX rooms that Poly no longer supports. We hold spares and repair units ourselves.
Do you quote against government tenders for VC AMC?
Yes. Send us the tender schedule or room list and we will quote for the equipment and service levels specified.
What does a VC AMC cost?
It depends on the number of rooms, the equipment in each room, the response time and whether parts are included (CAMC). Share your room list for a quote.
Do you cover rooms outside Delhi?
On-site support covers Delhi NCR; for other locations we provide remote support and ship spares and replacement units.
